Meet Attorney Matthew Aguero
Managing Partner, Matthew Aguero, is an experienced litigator and Colorado bankruptcy attorney. Prior to founding Aguero Law, P.C., Matt represented individuals and businesses – ranging from single member LLCs to Fortune 500 companies – in complex litigation and other business matters.
Matt has also guided hundreds of clients through Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in Colorado. Matt has helped other clients avoid bankruptcy by reaching affordable settlements with creditors.
Matt attended the Florida State University College of Law where he served as Student Bar Association President. As a law student, Matt also served as editor for the Florida Bar Journal & News and interned in the United States Senate in Washington, DC.
When he’s not working, Matt spends as much time as he can with his wife and two children. Matt is an avid skier, licensed pilot and mediocre cook.
